In order to obtain a Hardship License in Florida please follow the steps referenced below:

You will need to attend a hearing at the Department of Motor Vehicles:

Make sure to bring the following items to your Hardship License hearing:

• Your complete driving history
• A copy of your DUI citation/ticket
• Your enrollment receipt for DUI School
• The appropriate fees needed to pay the DMV
  

** In addition to the items referenced above, you will need to bring the following items if your license has been revoked by the court **

• Your Judgment and Sentence
• The Certificate of Completion of DUI School
