Mediator's Fee

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all charges will be divided equally between the parties and are due upon receipt of the mediator's invoice. Parties with common interests and represented by the same counsel (e.g., husband/wife, employer/employee, insured/insurer, etc.) shall be billed as one party. The parties and their attorneys are contracting with the mediator and it is the responsibility of the parties and their counsel to ensure that the mediator's charges for conducting the mediation are timely paid.

Cancellations

There is no fee for cancellation. Mr. Silverman understands events happen in litigation that require rescheduling.
